@Dreamy Absolutely! The creator of the image is Sonny Jane Wise (or livedexperienceeducator on socials). Knowing that there are more people and spaces out there that recognise and accept different mind and bodies now helps me feel like less of an alien.
@Jynx and I talk about our neurodivergence so much, and it's so cool to be like "Ohhhh, your brain does that too?!"

@Jynx it's really not going to happen, not ever. Tomorrow is going to be absolute hell and I'm not sure i even want to face it. I'm sick of being put in these situations, it's not fair.
At the moment I'm very overwhelmed and right on the edge of having a panic attack. I have to go out and won't get back until almost 10pm and I just don't want to. I don't have it in me to be around people right now. You are helping by chatting to me, it's keeping me somewhat grounded for now.

@0ddsidian yeah it definitely helps to not feel like such an alien now days.
It's great when you can find that common ground with someone. My brain does some weird sh!t, but I've learnt by being on here that I'm not alone with that.

@Dreamy Brains are wild sometimes. Have had to learn to reframe a lot of things I didn't like about myself. Like instead of saying "I'm so sh!t because I can't focus on anything or get anything done", I look at it like "My brain likes to bounce around and pivot!". Has taken a LOOONNNNGGG time to get to that point.
I'm heading off for the night. Genuinely so proud of you for being here tonight ❤️

@Jynx wouldn't that be nice. I'd gladly take the adventure and escape this situation.
I forgot my ear buds so the next 2 hours I'm going to struggle, it's too loud here.

@0ddsidian brains are definitely wild. I'm glad you have been able to get to that point and I'm proud of you for that.

Noooooo @Dreamy that's like my nightmare!! Eeek!
You got a hoodie on? I always feel safer in a big oversized hoodie, pulled up, big black sunnies 😎

@Jynx it's a nightmare for me, sensory overload big time.
I have a hoodie on but it's far too hot to pull it up over my head, there's no aircon here.
How has your day been?

@Dreamy mm I bet! Sound overwhelm is awful, makes my head ring. And poops to the no air con! How rude!!
Long journey ahead? Sure hope not 🫣Do you have anything to help you distract? Like a phone game or something?
