Hi @tyme l m not ok .We spoke last night and both sort of expressed our feelings and she at least accepted we have to be in the house together but this morning she barely spoke and left for work so my head is a mess just wish it would end.

Hey @john74 sorry to hear about your living situation. Honestly it really does have a HUGE impact on our mental health, cos it means (among other things) we don't have a safe space to retreat to when we need to engage in self-care.
Add in the housing crisis and cost of living, and it's no wonder you're struggling. Have you looked into housing assistance/crisis housing? Do you have anywhere you could stay even for a couple of nights, like a friend's place?
If you need to get out ASAP, I have heard of folks who do a bit of a nomad thing by getting jobs as a live-in pet-sitter - i.e. someone might be going on extended holiday for a couple of months, and you can stay at their house for free in exchange for looking after their pets. It's not an ideal solution, and still carries uncertainty, but if it gets you out of a situation that is actively harmful to your mental health then it could be worth considering.

Hi @Jynx l appreciate your advice. It's just a terrible situation l discussed sharing houses with a person today but now they are not interested. Unfortunately l trusted my ex partner to easily and only 12 months after my marriage breakdown it just destroyed my hope in anything lts just to much a d l am so scared of the near future although l.am on the lease and entitled to be here is unpleasant.

Ahh dang @john74 I'm sorry your potential plans fell through. Yeah it's so rough when we put our trust in people (not to mention our time, energy, compassion, devotion...) and they let us down.
So is your ex-partner also on the lease? That certainly complicates things hey.
