I drove all the way out to MH Support group (supposedly on 3rd Saturday of every month).

Only a few hours after Yoga class (which takes a lot out of me).

No one turned up, not even the group facilitator (it wasn't on)....

The flowers are lovely anyway, I love Proteas & Leucadendrons.

They're related (in the same family) to Australian Banksias & Grevilleas.

Very slow growing, it takes lots of patience to grow them.

Thanks @Faith-and-Hope I couldn't even get through on the phone, to find out why the MH Support group wasn't on (today) - my phone said that the phone no. is invalid...

They run at least 6 MH groups around the metro area.

There must be some other reason.
