Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness
I get not wanting to go to the hospital @Shaz51, especially when it is far away 😞
Trusting you can get through this without that being necessary.

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness
No one wants to go to hospital esp to a psych ward. Don't be afraid to ask if he has a plan, remain on alert, has there been change of mood, trouble thinking, change in behaviour, sleeping eating isolating himself - has he stopped shaving, bathing? Your forum posts might be your diary, write it down.
Shaz, you might feel your shazzle dazzle losing some sparkle, don't neglect yourself, keep talking, we are here, YOU are important, YOU matter and you are one extraordinary person. Keep those fluids up, eat healthy, you need the nourishment for your body.
We are here for YOU.

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness
Not surprised by headache, it can be a very stressful and difficult time when our loved ones are not travelling so well, you have your own health issues to deal with too.
I can only send you a virtual casserole, I can pray, I can remind you to check on safety, there are some things we can easily forget (like hiding your headache meds - leave a max of 6 in the available pack) would love to do more is there anything else I can do for you online?
