Oh I am so sorry to hear what you’re currently going through @Anastasia 💔
My heart goes out to you & your family.
Have you heard or tried this org? Violet
I have attached a clip from their webpage below
https://www.violet.org.au/violet-how-we-help
Or I also know of Griefline that has 6am-12am phone support.
Are you linked in with local palliative care support - might also have some info that could share with you around this?
Sending a virtual hug!

Hello @Anastasia
It is with much sadness to know of the present experience of you and your family. Though my Mum was in residential care during her last three years, I was with her each day, so can empathise with your feelings. During the last three days of Mum's life, all that I could do was sit and read while I was with her. Before that I read to her from a series of seven books by the same author.
All that I can offer as a suggestion is something similar. To sit and read, either "out loud", with your Dad, or silently, on your own. You are aware of the inevitable, so occupy yourself in a way that would be meaningful to both of you, as it would have been before. I did not find the reading prevented the feelings that I experienced, the sadness and the tears, but rather was a means of filling the additional time in a meaningful way.
With Love and Best Wishes

Hi @Anastasia I have been there and it is really traumatic. I can only think of https://griefline.org.au/ but if you have a palliative service coming they should be able to offer you some advice 💖 Here with you.

Oh thank goodness, @Anastasia . Thank goodness he's not suffering any more.
I am sorry however at the same time that you've lost your dear Dad 😞
I wonder if you might be able to get some trauma counselling for what you've been through, watching your Dad pass slowly and painfully?
I am sending wishes for you, your Mum, your brother, and your sons, as you grieve. 💔
Much 💚 and hugs...
