@Former-Member, with so much "otherwise" going on, the tomatoes haven't made it out of the pots into the beds yet. I may still put them out anyway. April toms are better than none?

Sending gentle knowing thoughts your way @Smc.

🙂 Thank you @Former-Member.
I've just come in from cutting back some shrubs, perennials and weeds along our driveway. They're encroaching to the point where getting out of the car at some spots feels like jungle exploring. I've filled two rubbish bins and dumped them in the chookpen so that they can scratch it up into well shredded compost, ready for whatever I'm planting in 2-3 months time. Could happily fill many more- but not before lunchtime.

A bit more tidying up done at our place, mainly weeding but a couple more seedlings added to a large tub that only had one cherry tomato in it. Added some home raised chili seedlings and two more cherry tomato seedlings.

Hi @Meghan11 come and meet some other gardeners.
What variety of tomatoes 🍅 are you growing?
The ones I have in are miniature yellow pear shaped.

I have one Fig tree (still surviving) - I grew it from cutting @Smc It's been in pot (sort of Root-Bound) for several years.
I should plant that out sometime.
My side neighbours hacked out all the fruit trees & other trees (& shrubs) that someone had taken over 30 years to grow to that size - Yummy Figs used to hang over side fence, now gone.
Bunches of sweet Grapes used to hang over side fence (hacked out & Gone).
A Gorgeous Protea Bush - very slow growing, took 30 years to get it to that size. Hacked out & gone.
My Red-Flowering Gum (very small tree) Eucalyptus/ Corymbia Ficifolia - is putting on a gorgeous display of huge clusters of bright Red flowers (just starting) in driveway.
