Hi @Former-Member I cannot see the picture yet, but I'm waiting in anticipation...
Excellent @Former-Member So the best people are born in March, I didn't know that....
And only 2 weeks before your Birthday, too...

Great @Former-Member I can see your picture now.
It even has a crown at the top....
Royal eh?
Well, I do have a French Count ancestor, who escaped from the French Revolution....

Sounds like a good day to do some self care stuff @Former-Member. I'd imagine it will be an odd, mixed feelings day.
Virtual "cuppa and cake" as a little "thinking of you" thingy.

I think I need a hot chocolate and a virtual hug- lots of angry yelling emails from my boss today for something I did under the orders of someone else. He goes from 0-100 in seconds. Can't wait for 5pm and a weekend with my uni friends

Am finding today a bit odd myself.
It's my Dad's birthday today (snap, @Former-Member) and he's so far away. We'll ring him later today to say "Happy Birthday", but I expect otherwise his day will be pretty quiet. He's literally outlived his friends and family, apart from our Mum. There's a few "family friends" who keep in touch, but maybe one that's specifically Dad's friend, and he doesn't live close by either.
And youngest daughter is coming back from a few days with an old schoolfriend, bringing said friend for a short stay here. I'm meant to be cleaning up a bit so that we've all got room to move, but my heart's not in it at the moment. But I'd better keep soldiering on with it. Have to tell myself that I'll like the results when I see it tomorrow morning.
