Am ok @Shaz51other than those blisters on my heels. I put Scholls Blister plaster on them...they burst by the way. I can see some pus under and am not sure if that is normal should I try remove it and put new ones in They say not remove it til it drops....am not sure......

Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?
Actually did not go to the docs @Shaz51. Been reading internet on it. Some say leave it...but i don't know. The blister plasters are made that they should not be taken off til they fall off!

Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?
Throbbing usually means the need to squeeze,
but if pus superficial only it is a wash with warm salt water or other disinfectant then a fresh dressing.
