I know that feeling very well @outlander 🙂
I'm really pleased to hear that you're actively trying to reduce some of that stress so you can rest and try to have a little bit more downtime. We all need to hit the pause button every once in a while otherwise we end up burning the candle at both ends! Have you got something special planned for yourself when you have some time off?

It is a lovely winter up here @Former-Member , @Paperdaisy
Should see all the holiday makers with their caravans who travel up here for our winter
The lowest we get here is 15 degrees at night in winter for a couple of days and a nice 23 degrees during the day
Summer is too hot up here
Today , I kinda had it all planned but that has gone all out the window now , soo crazy , mixed up, soo many changes , and this is just for the morning Soo far , not sure what is going to change this afternoon
But because of things happening, I have done 3 loads of washing, vacuum and cleaned the house, done the dishes , dryers on now , morning tea is done
Had my flu needle yesterday
Mum's appt this afternoon, very frail, hardly no balance, bad night last night, not a good day today for her
I am resting up at the moment
