Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

Hi @Shaz51 sounds like you are using a few things from your toolbox today Heart Words with friends can be a great brain escape and social engagement for times when we just need a break.

Your post today is also a really timely reminder for us all to keep coming back to our toolboxes when we need them Heart

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

Hi @Shaz51 Gosh, am having to rethink my coping tool box. Just been diagnosed with arthritis in knee and hips as the pain has been so intense these past months. Walking and gardening, which are two of my “go toos” have become quite difficult and with so much rain, my float at the ocean has been out of the question. My girl has broken her CTO and hasn’t been seen for 2 weeks and has missed medication and ECTs. Proving to be quite elusive and her team aren’t exactly jumping to attention to find her. Such a worry and nothing I can do as per usual. Just hoping she presents at hospital soon. I hope today’s a better day for you 🙏❤️
