Hello @BPDSurvivor@Poppyfriend543@Anastasia@MDT@greenpea

how are you going today my friends 😍

@Shaz51  😃😘🤗

Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

Hi my dear mum @Shaz51 ,

 I’ve been busy with so many social events these last 2 weeks. Despite the huge rise in covid cases including many in my family, I’ve come to the point where I’ve realised I can’t stop life for the fear of covid.

So despite people making remarks, I will be going to Sydney - covid central. It feels like getting covid is inevitable, so I may as well see my parents for the first time in 3 years. There’s been 7 cancelled trips. But tomorrow, I’m going. Of course I’m not acting recklessly - I will take all necessary precautions - sanitising, masks, social distancing (and I’m triple vaxxed).

Im going with my sister and her family. We are planning to spend most of our time in the house with my parents. We will be there for 3 weeks.

Definitely looking forward to it. Sometimes, we just have to launch into the deep.

Of course I’ll still be here on the forums during that time. In Sydney, I won’t need to cook or clean. It’ll be a real break!

Hugs, BPDSurvivor

and others visiting this thread,

{I 'copy and pasted' the addresses above from @Shaz51 's posts, so will be interested to know if the links remain active.}

Hot and dry here in the Mid-West of WA. We may have some light showers on Thursday. Occasionally have some thunderstorms at around this time of year, though very irregular and sporadic.

Covid is not in evidence in the region in which I live. However, as with everywhere else, it can be unpredictable. This time of year most people are stable or away. When school goes back, with people returning to town, things could be more uncertain.

Best Wishes to Everyone

@HenryX
