I had a shocker night's sleep last night, couldn't sleep past 4am.
Went to yoga class this morning, what a stretch...
I'm going to monthly MH support group meeting in a few hours, that might help.
I need a massage, but don't see how I can fit that in.

Yeah bit of a rough time, back to the stage of being looked at like you are the most hated person in the world and being yelled at for simple things like yawning. He went ballistic the other night over nothing at all, to the point of him threatening to run away again.
