im going out for dinner tomorrow night for birthday celebrations, hopefully itll go well and will help lift spirtis up abit.

I had a shocker night's sleep last night, couldn't sleep past 4am.

Went to yoga class this morning, what a stretch...

I'm going to monthly MH support group meeting in a few hours, that might help.

I need a massage, but don't see how I can fit that in.

I went to a party and had a great time catching up with friends, new and old.   Just what I needed after a HORRIBLE week!

Yeah bit of a rough time, back to the stage of being looked at like you are the most hated person in the world and being yelled at for simple things like yawning.  He went ballistic the other night over nothing at all, to the point of him threatening to run away again.

Content/trigger warning
1. Blow bubbles
2. Sing along with some opera music
3. Write a funny short poem
4. Order diet water when you go out to eat
5. Page yourself on the intercom, do not try and disguise your voice
6. Finish all your sentences with "in accordance with the prophecy"
7. Skip down the street instead of walk - see how many looks you get
8. Every time someone asks you to do something - ask them would they like fries with that.
