It seems your stuck betwee a rock and a hard place @Former-Member

Hi @NikNik
That's a really good way to describe it - between a rock and a hard place. I just have to bounce in between and go with the flow I think.
Yes, it is a tough relationship between my daughter and step son. They were close once before my daughter's demise but she hurt a lot of people and he doesn't trust her and/or doesn't feel comfortable with her. Very sad how she has lost so many. She treats us the same - she has so much anger. Can only hope she feels a bit calmer on the day but the signs at the moment say otherwise. I wonder sometimes just how much a human being can endure. I think I will find out. Thanks for the thread 😊

@MEB @Former-Member @Former-Member @Shaz51 @coffeegirl @Former-Member and anyone else looking on that I've missed, we have about 10 mins left and I want to finish up with one challenge:
A UK study showed that 30% of carers did not have any form of break over a previous christmas period. SO my challenge to you is -
List 3 things that you commit to doing for yourself over the Christmas period:
& I will be following up in the new year to make sure you kept your commitments
