I find the whole idea of referring people to "services" uncomfortable because I know how hopelessly inadequate the services are.

@Phoenix_Rising I find that unless it is a simple "talk it out/through" issue, many services just can't help you without copious paperwork that quite often is nigh on impossible to get through with the person I am caring for.
