The feeling that you have always been somewhat anxious since early on is something I can relate to myself. It must have been hard for you.

@ARCVic I'm sorry to read of your childhood trauma and how it led to you developing OCD.

 

My OCD is also as a result of extreme trauma.

as my husband thinks i have OCD 

as he has been diagnosed with OCD years ago @Daisydreamer , @Former-Member 

and @ARCVic@NatureLover --- I have a question tooo ---- " Can OCD relax over the years or does it get worse ?
