Thank you everyone who has been involved in this conversation tonight!
If you want to continue these conversations, you are more than welcome to check out the Life After Bushfires Forum and share your story. We also heard that talking to others in our communities, and creating spaces for connection are things that have been helpful for so many.
Please join me in extending a huge thank you to @Fizz for all their contributions tonight and for being our guest! Your story is something that so many here have related to, and I am sure that the strategies you have suggested are things that we can take into our lives to cope with the ongoing impact of trauma from bushfires.
That's a wrap on our Topic Tuesday for January. You can join us again next month for another live discussion!
Take care everyone, and thank you again for your openness and courage to share your stories- sending all our wishes and support. Our forums community is here for you💙
