Tech glitch
@NikNik
There is a glitch when trying to access the sleeping too much thread from the our stories and experiences menu on the mobile site only. Has been there for more than a week it's returning this message
An Unexpected Error has occurred.
Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 7704DCF7.

Re: Tech glitch
Hi @Former-Member
Hmm, I'm not able to duplicate that issue. It's coming up fine for me.
Can you see any of the thread or it just comes up with that message when you click into the thread?
I will send the error to our tech people and see if they know what it is.
Thanks for letting us know!

Re: Tech glitch
It's only on my mobile @NikNik and only when I click into our stories and experiences and then click sleeping too much. I can do a search for it and it lets me open that thread or get in via the latest posts

Re: Tech glitch
Hi @Former-Member We can't seem to replicate the issue, so the feedback I got from tech support was:
First step is to log out of the Forums, quit the browser on the phone, turn the phone off and on again, and then trying again.
If that doesn't work we'll escalate to the Forum provider to investigate.
Let me know how you go.
Nik

Re: Tech glitch
Was a bit scared I'd missed the old turn it off and on again trick 😜. I went through that twice but it still turned up

I am on an iPhone if that helps. It's not a major issue for me, just a bit annoying that I have to search to get in when there are no recent posts listed.
Sorry to be painful

Re: Tech glitch
hello@teej
this made me laugh, a wonderful feeling, reminds me of the IT crew "have you tried rebooting?" "have you switched the computer on and off? Is the computer plugged in? etc etc
just wanted to share a laugh for something different from me

I loved 'The IT crowd" @Former-Member. Used to crack me up too. I'm glad you got a smile...I wrote it with the IT crowd in mind
