Online Peer Group Chat// Navigating boundaries today // Thursday 24th March 2022 7:00-8:30PM AEDT
We are very excited for our upcoming Online Peer Group Chat on Thursday 24th March 2022 - the topic will be navigating boundaries today.
The world has been through a period of transformation that has been challenging for some people. Now that we are engaging face to face more frequently and in more crowded places. It could be a great opportunity to reaffirm boundaries or create new ones that suit your comfort level at his time. Establishing boundaries is also a good way of creating or maintaining positive mental health and wellbeing. In this upcoming OPG we will chat about some experiences that you may have had with boundaries and how you developed and coped with them.
The event start times across Australia are:
- WA: 4pm
- NT: 5:30pm
- SA: 6:30pm
- QLD: 6pm
- NSW, VIC, ACT & TAS: 7pm
Peer Group Chats are held by SANE outside of the Forums, using a platform called Chatwee. To join an Online Peer Group, you will need to register for an account with Chatwee.
