Certainly makes a lot of sense @Ainjoule . I think the team are working on the 'least replies' function to make it more... functionable?
I will pass this info on though. I will say that this most likely won't be a 'first priority'/'urgent' request, but it's definitely a great point.
Thanks!

One other thing @tyme . I noticed that now when you click on a user's profile it doesn't tell you anything but their recent posts. I'm guessing this is intentional, but one thing I find frustrating about this is not knowing someone's join date because a "New Contributor" can mean they joined 5 years ago but never posted. In which case it's kinda rude to greet them as a new member because they have been around for quite a while. So now I hesitate to say "welcome" unless that person has explicitly said they are new.

Great point there @Ainjoule
You're right about the new contributor because anyone who hasn't posted 5 or more posts is still considered a new contributor.
I'm not sure why it was removed, and like you said, it probably had reasons. I'm thinking more along the lines of maintaining members' privacy.

Actually, one more thing @tyme that behaves not as expected:
I like how up the top of the desktop they have separated out the forum from the guided service....but why can't the link to click on the forum go to the forum - you either have to click the sign up or login button which takes you to the login screen even if you are logged in. I just think the link at the very top should go to the forum, so that if you are logged in, you don't have to login again....clicking on "Community Forums" link itself goes nowhere, which is not as I would have expected.

Hey @Ainjoule ,
I wonder if it is to ease navigation so members know where to go?
Whatever it is, I have added it to our register for relevant personal to have a look at and hopefully provide some answers.
Much appreciated!

Hey @tyme
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by easing navigation. When I want to go back to the main page of the forums I have to click the Discussion tab, which frequently gets covered by the drop down menus above it, illustrated here:
So it would be useful if the "Community Forums" link up the top did in fact work. It displays as a link, but doesn't actually link to anything. And sometimes to avoid the drop down menus covering the "Discussion" tab I instead click the Login link (under the "Community Forums" link)...which would add to the load on your servers if other people are also doing this. And it causes what should be one click back to the main page of the forum - to be a two page situation (which involves logging in again).

Thanks for the screenshot @Ainjoule . I totally get what you mean. It happens for me too.

Hey @tyme
I just realised that the threads for "Managing thoughts of suicide & self harm" aren't included in the "Latest Discussions" section on the main page. Is this intentional? Just wondering because I realised I hadn't been checking that section for posts and I'm wondering what other sections have been left off? Most sections show up in the "Latest Discussions" section.

Hi everyone, thanks again for the continuing feedback and flags on user issues. A few responses:
⁃ @Bow I wondered if you have used the Favourite’s button? At the top of a thread you are in is a star you can select and it will appear in your personal ‘my favourites’ making it much easier to navigate to a thread you like to regularly check
⁃ @scruffypuffball the vivid colour is a good flag and we are looking into this in terms of accessibility within the site. However in the meantime have you checked your accessibility options on your device? Most computers, phones and then also specific browsers will allow you to change things to help this. For instance making the most age black and white etc. We will keep you and community updated though on the work on this from our end 😊
⁃ @Ainjoule The threads on display on page 1 versus page 2 is a bug, thank you for raising. The tech team are working on this
⁃ Also @Ainjoule The community forum button at the top of the website next to guided service is now a clickable link! Hope that resolve helps!
⁃ @Oaktree we’ve raised the issue of not being able to expand your toolbar on your phone when creating a post, this is with the tech team to investigate at the moment too
We’ll keep you all updated on things sitting with tech as often as we can. Thanks again!
Also hope everyone has noticed the quick exit button that went live last week! We really think this is a feature of great value and hope you find it to be helpful if ever needed ❤️

@Ru-bee Thanks for making that link a clickable link, that's much easier to get back to the main page 😊
