But this isn't the end - it's just the beginning!
To continue supporting you through the changes, hear your thoughts on future improvements, and keep you updated on any refinements, we’ve created this new discussion thread.
Here's what you can expect in this discussion:
Your voice is essential to shaping the future of the Forums, and we’re here to listen. Let us know how we can make things better, what’s working well for you, and any ideas you have for future improvements.

While you are getting used to the new lay out here are some tips and guidance for getting around!
1. Discussions Tab: This space is for all your latest discussions and featured threads under the new spotlight area
2. Events tab: This area is for special forum events any forum news
3. Spaces tab: Previously you would have seen all the different forum categories at the bottom of the landing page under latest discussions and group hubs. Now all the categories and group hubs are here together to bring you spaces!
4. Start new thread, notifications and profile area. This banner area has your notifications, profile drop down and start new thread button (when logged in). You can access these no matter what area of the forums you go to. If you are not already in a space you want to post, you just click start a new thread, then select where in the forums you want to post it via the drop-down menu under ‘select location’.
*To start a new thread in Friends, Family & Carers and Talking Through Trauma please go into those spaces directly, the feature for these areas is a bit different and something we will be working on in the future
This is what the spaces area looks like!
5. My Favourites: Do you have a space that you post in regularly, or maybe its a space you like to keep up to date with? You now have a ‘My Favourites’ area on the top right of the screen. If you click the star on a space it will automatically go to your favourites area!
And just a note, the quick-exit button mentioned here, will be coming within the next few days as well. Be sure to follow this thread closely!

Oh I hate it.
its not working!!
how do you view ‘latest discussions’??
this includes old threads with new replies??
not ‘new’ discussions.
and when I type here on my phone the text
box appears to be massive cause I have to
keep hitting enter to get a new line to be able
to view it, it won’t let me view beyond my
screen space.

Hmmm if I reply to your message @Ru-bee It appears as a big screen… your message also appears massive and I can only see half of it. But if I hit reply to my message, it looks normal. Urgh

Hmm, that's odd but really helpful feedback @Bow The rollout may include some bugs that only become apparent once it's gone live so we'll be looking into all of these and addressing them as they show up so it's really helpful to let us know if you're coming across any issues

This is my view of news and events. The discussion go off my screen and I can’t do anything to view it
and if I reply to your first message this is how it appears, again off the screen. But if I reply to my own, or your latest message, it’s normal
I feel really disconnected cause I can’t see the latest discussion. I’d have to go search for each individual thread to see if it’s had any new recent replies.
And I had a look further, if I click on any of the individual ‘spaces’, latest threads are listed in order of newly created threads and not newest replies.

I hear you @Bow it's a bit discombobulating right now. Thank you again for this feedback, super helpful and we're working on it!

I understand can take time to get used to something new but….
Don’t like it. So confusing. Screen is sooo busy.
Tried to search for chat which would have been non health related.
search results says nothing found
has the cat lovers chat group gone?
am I searching in the wrong spot?
where do I search to find all my previous chats I’ve left a comment in?
already struggling last couple days and feel completely lost and disconnected

Hey @Patches59 ,
Sorry to hear things have been so tough.
Have you subscribed to those threads you have mentioned? Or are they on your 'favourite' list? If so, they will appear on the right hand side of the screen.
Hope this helps a little.
