@Appleblossom @tyme @Shaz51 strength and courage to you. We all walk a very unpredictable path with the challenges we have. I am trying to believe that we are only given what we can handle in life... Emphasis on trying to believe 🙂

That's phenomenal @Stargirl .
I work with many family members who are full-time carers. Their work is often under-recognised.
It is important we do the most we can to support all our amazing carers out there.
We need to care for our carers 🙂

@tyme I'm very sorry to hear about your rabbits. They are such beautiful, gentle and quiet pets, and such personalities.
Thank you for the invite to join. I have cared for myself by negotiating to reduce my work hours to 0.6 for the rest of the month so I can care for our son when he is discharged from hospital next week. It was tricky, lots of pressure to 'fulfil contracts' etc. But how could they decline the request really?
Today was my usual non working day, and I indulged in reading my novel for most of the day. 🙂

Dear Carers,
How has your week been? What's something kind you have been able to do for yourself this week?
As carers, constantly on the go, we often find it difficult to unwind. Here are some 'GOOD SLEEP HABITS' that can help you have a better night's sleep.
What is something this Wellness Tip has prompted you to try this week?

Hey @Appleblossom ,
Not rude at all! Thanks for sharing!
I absolutely acknowledge that sleep can be so problematic for many (you're speaking to an insomniac for over 15 years!).
So definitely, if sleep continues to be an issue, then people should seek specialist advice, just as you have.
I think this is just a great place to hang out and share gentle tips for carers 😊 It is also a place to help prompt carers to remember themselves for a change.
Draw from this Well of Wellness as you deem fit. Take what may be helpful and leave the rest.
Thank you so much for your contributions @Appleblossom . It is much appreciated,
