hey @Oaktree just catching up now about the group interview - not sure if there's much more i can add in terms of advice, i think MJG017 and tyme shared some amazing tips!
something i would just reflect on is maybe peer work values and how they align with your own values. not saying they'd necessarily ask you about this but i recently had to do a group reflection on this for one of my roles and it was really interesting to hear people's responses and how those values impact why we're peer workers as well as what kind of peer worker we want to be.
in terms of challenges/barriers - maybe even thinking about boundaries you have in a professional space. for my group reflection at work we shared our boundaries around certain topics we preferred/didn't prefer to work around and how we would communicate that with the team.
i truly believe you have all the skillsets to ace this group interview. i think this is a great opportunity for you to show your authentic self and your communication/active listening skills - you've got this!
