I might not be of much assistance given my sleep is ok.
But for others, can you be a bit more specific about your sleeping issue?

For me i had to change my thinking.
I was over thinking.
I let daily issues consume me.
You have not said a lot and l do not want to assume.
I went to bed and would watch something to shift my focus.
Each time l thought about my issues, i reassured myself l am in bed. Others rest. So should i.
They used to say count sheep. In other words, distract the thoughts that keep you awake
