I understand. We have been here before and I guess this is one of those stumbles and falls for her at the moment. As emotional as this process is, i am sure she knows how loved and supported she is. You are right about time and patience. Nine years have also seen much progress that needs to be celebrated.

Seeing progress is the most rewarding thing for any parent @Tina11 . I'm sure it's also given you a lot deeper understanding and you have been strengthened by it. Yes, I acknowledge that there may have been a lot of tears and hurt too, but that's with anyone raising a child.
