Another day, another search for articles of relevance for my essay, @Appleblossom, and more experimentation with PP. 😟
Have a good day. Looks like lots of rain ahead.

Keeping setting your goals and working to them @Historylover
I have a quiet day at home. Nothing planned but catching up on music and tuna potato mash.
Even just my habit of planning daily meals a couple days ahead has been useful grounded habit. Small wins in personal agency.

I do keep setting my goals and working towards them, @Appleblossom. I can't believe that I must have been doing these courses for nearly a year now. Time sure flies when you're having fun. They are giving me an enormous sense of satisfaction. I only wish I had started them long ago, but it wasn't available then, not in this form anyway.
I've kind of finished writing my oral presentation. It's not as long as I'd like it to be, but if I make it longer it will just be padding, and I think regulation minimum is preferable. I'll think on it further. I'm just about to experiment with the recording.
My dietary planning went out the window some time ago. I think I survive on biscuits these days. Dreadful, I know. I nibble when I study; don't have time to study and plan meals and cook inspirationally for one and shop; and meals have to fit in between favourite program viewing and dishes. Everything takes so much time, especially without a car. Perhaps I'll eat better when this course is finished, and I have more time. I've been craving baking a gingerbread cake with lemon icing lately, but just haven't got around to it.

@Historylover Online study is one of the wonders of the internet when we use it wisely.
When I have been studying full on, food was never a priority. I have only had a year out of the last 36 cooking for one. Know what you mean. I do a lot of healthy crackers, as they are handy and last while and are there when I am in the mood. Self care for seems to be about respecting my moods rather than pathologising them. Do what you do.

Pleased to announce that I have just completed my first recording with slides, and then found it again among my files to replay, @Appleblossom.🎉🤪😄😉😀😁
What can I say? Yippee!! Except for some odd beeping, it was a good first try. And not difficult at all, really. It's amazing how much we don't consider trying because we think it too difficult, but is well within our capability.
Mushrooms on toast tonight. That's the trouble 'cooking' for one, you have to finish everything yourself. I'll have to get some vegetables in tomorrow for something healthy. Now that I have my first effort under my belt, I don't feel so pressed for time.

Yay @Historylover
ONYA!
Primary school kids were doing power points at school, so I figured it was about access rather than difficulty. I did not get mine in on time and simply let it go and they suggested it was not essential as all the content was there.
I am little allergic to microsoft so not in a hurry. Lots of other things to master.
Mushies on toast. Good idea. Will try it one day cooking for just me.

Another new skill under my belt. You're right, @Appleblossom, YAY!
And lots more still to learn. I must admit, it feels good to be able to take the pressure off myself!

lol @Historylover
Maybe!
idk
Makes for community and sharing of ideas.
I managed to listen to my narrated powerpoint but not do the proper save and send to supervisor. I found it good collecting pictures and like the visual addition to lots of verbal constructions.
Got my first paycheck in a long time. $9 super paid YIPPEE eye AYE!
Got phone call from a possible head hunter also, so there may be other work in the wings.
Just gotta get the right balance, so I am still happy.
