We can only suggest that whatever you do should ideally be in consultation with your treating team.
At the same time, no, I'm not a cat lover whatsoever lol.

I wouldn't say he listens to me also I am not a cat lover because I have a small yard I can't have a dog it's was a scary impression texting now I seem calm now sorry about earlier I was hearing inners and seeing things sorry to anyone who got the bad side of me 🙃 and yes I fight demons and monster everyday I hope to chat with someone who has gone through this as well maybe to help me or give advice I don't mind it's all g I am crying because I am scared it doesn't feel right

I had 2 cats for 20 years and we loved them.
Same reason. Small place. But it helps just having an animal to care for and their presence in the house.

We have not had any for a couple years but will probably get another cat soon.
