i think ill end up in hospital again soon @Snowie @tyme @rav3n for my mental health
i have to discuss the worsening hallucinations, thoughts etc. sometimes i feel its more then just bpd or ptsd.

Perhaps a stay in hospital might be good for you hon, with some things getting worse. Is this something you can discuss with your supports at all?

i wouldnt mind another hospital stay but it would need to be kept hidden. i dont have supports by those around me except judgment.
i dont have enough sick leave either to cover rent or bills for a few weeks so it would cause alot of stress right now @Snowie

i'm sorry to hear that certain symptoms have been worsening @outlander i can see that you're open to a stay but there's other factors in the way. it's a tricky spot to be in! are there any strategies/activities that's been helping you manage for the time-being?

not really @rav3n ive had mild symptoms like this before and its been manageable but this is alot worse and i have no idea how to manage it.
i do have my psych this week though so its something i want to discuss with her. maybe its abit more then my current mh diagnosis
