I'm not sure @Jupiter
I just spoke to my house coordinator. She came over and we had a good chat. Helped.

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.
Thanks @Jynx I don't know why I'm trying anymore. Everything has just got so out of control. The last 3 months I've deteriorated so much I don't know how to get back on top of things,.

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.
I feel like there's no point to keep plodding on. I'm supposed to see my psychiatrist tomorrow. I don't want to. I'm anxious and so very ddown. No one can help me, so why am I bothering.
I feel like saying goodbye

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.
@The-red-centaur Can be exhausting for sure, especially if before this, you were doing better. I think finding oneself in a downward spiral is one of the most scary, discouraging things we can go through during recovery. It can make it so hard to see a way out, to feel like you're back where you started.
But if you made progress before, you can do so again, and every single time you learn someting new, and it gets a bit easier.
