TW

  • Hello, everyone. On my phone, 4th attempt to post. Times have been tough lately. Lives are improving, relationships growing, homes being bought etc, but not for me. I put on my happy face and watch as everyone watches me, waiting. I couldn't stand being used and abused and disrespected anymore so I ODd. I told you someone would ring or knock when they shouldn't and my dear neighbour did. I left a note on my door to ring the police from 3 years ago asI didn't want to decay for months before being found. She was upset so I answered and so  here I am in a different prison. I'm told it was serious, but apparently not serious enough.lm so damned unhappy. What is the point of my life? I've looked everywhere and tried everything.

Re: TW

🫂🫂 did this happen just recently @Historylover ?

I'm sorry you're hurting, but glad you're still here.

It sounds like you feel stuck in a prison...

I'm just wondering: is there anything stopping you from moving? Starting over?

Re: TW

Sep 6th, @Kyle1 I couldn't wait for the 7 th as it was my granddaughter's birthday. I'm in hospital and don't trust the the staff. If I trust one, it all filters back to the others, so there s no -

one to confide in. I've been doing that for decades and it got me in this mess. My life is such a mess and my heart anf spirit is broken. All the people I have to talk to here in this hospital, but I just prefer my solitude in my room.

Re: TW

oh my dear friend! ♥️

I wish there were something I could do for you...

I know what it's like to feel you have no confidentiality among health professionals. And guess what: you don't. Sad fact.

But it doesn't help to isolate, either. @Historylover

Maybe I should send you some bright coloured fantasy pictures so you can tell me how terrible they are 😆😉 ??

How long will you be in hospital? Have you tried writing, perhaps?

Re: TW

Hi @Historylover

So sorry to hear what you have been going through and what you still are going through.

Have they offered you professional help one you get out of hospital?

Please know we are here for you through all of this.

Re: TW

  • I'm so broken @Kyle1. They've suggested I could be here a while. One set of clothes, and fruit and veges rotting at home. I escaped from the hospital when I learned they were going to hospitalize me. Twice I saw police cars and hid, but I ignored their phone call when I got home, but stupidly checked to see who had called. It was the police and they were at my door in minutes. I knew they' d catch me. Home is my only refuge. They were lovely folks anyway. The doctors don' t realise there is no medication for an insufferable life, and a broken heart.

Re: TW

Hello @Historylover I'm saddened to hear you tried to take your own life but I know that life can be very stark and cruel.  I've seen quite a lot over the course of my life. It makes you wonder if there is any hope for humanity. I'm sorry this has caused you so much pain to lead to this course of action.

I would say many people try to present the best image of themselves to others which makes them feel good but alienates a lot of people. Theres a lot of mystification around people in the world today even moreso with the advent of AI.  I think people need to have honest discussions about their difficulties and hardships rather than presenting a picture perfect version of themselves to the world.  I think you may know this allready.

I wanted to share a book with you. You may be able to download to your android or computer for a small fee like $1 off Amazon. The book is called "Power vs. Force" by David R. Hawkins.

David Hawkins used to be a psychiatrist and he ended up becoming a venerated western Saint after rising in consciousness and curing all his diseases. He also had a NDE (near death experience) as a child. Oprah accepted him as her guru and he has written some incredible literature.  The book will offer you hope and insights. He was a lovely psychiatrist. Its a shame more psychiatrists weren't like him when he was alive.  The hospitals are cold and sterile environments that pour pills down peoples throats rather than listen to someone with an open heart.

I am sending you my best wishes for a full recovery and will post something for you to listen to - to bring balance to your body after this traumatic event. You will need headphones so please stay tuned. I use it after I have experienced trauma or something negative or toxic. It will make you feel as if you have your mojo on again.

Like @Kyle1 I was going to send you some artwork by my favorite artist Pearl Whitecrow, shes a talented lady who lives with bipolar. You can find the rest of her pictures on Etsy which is cottage industry sales point on the internet. She also had a presence on facebook last time I checked.

Just try and find your feet for now. I'm so glad you reached out to everyone but please don't do it again. Theres so much joy to be found in life just read David R. Hawkins ❤️

Sending you all my love

S.G.

Re: TW

There's talk of a weekly drop in for tea or coffee, @Snowie and a possible phone call, and if they follow through, it would give me a base to start to rebuild and feel as if someone cares- even if they are paid to.

But words too often don't materialize. I've never been so broken and hurting. Thank you for caring.

Re: TW

You deserve that support to be continuing after hospital @Historylover

I hope those words are turned into action for your sake.

Re: TW

you're right @Historylover . There is no medication for that.

A changed life is possible, though... You might not see it that way today, but that's OK. Try and use this time to rest and hey, since you're in the ward, take advantage of some long hot showers!

Do you have your own room?
