I have another story to tell @Peregrinefalcon - I’ve been really doing well and I’m accepting the fact that I need threapy every week and knowing that there is bad days and good days. Today is my good day, I’m sitting out in the sun and thinking i should probably go to the gym or go for a swim.
what would you pick?
I feel like a different kind of person now these days, I’m more in control and bad days don’t get to me as much.
self care is the best thing I enjoy now it heaps and it helps me.

@Fluttershy1 Love that today is a good day! Hmmm, tough choice! A swim would be kinda cool, it is warm enough for it 🌞

@Fluttershy1 I can totally relate to that. I hope that you will be able to be home soon! If you still have to be out for a little while, I wonder if there is something that can help you feel more grounded? For me, putting my headphones on and listening to some music/podcast/anything can help me feel a little more settled

Hey @Fluttershy1
I've got bunnies. If they are male, they tend to fight. So some get them de-sexed. Seems to do the trick.

Arghh... that's a tough one then @Fluttershy1 . I don't know what you can do.
I don't have any pics on this computer, but hopefully I can find some to show you.
Wait a tick.
