When my Mum disrespects me, I write down my thoughts on a piece of paper, then tear it up and throw it away. It can help. Perhaps it might be something to try @Fluttershy1 Doesn't have to be straight away but sometime in the future.

 

There is nothing wrong with hiding either hon. I hide sometimes, especially when I need a break from everyone.

 

Can you do a puzzle whilst you are hiding. Something to keep your mind occupied.

My head is a mess, I can't think straight. I'm feeling annoyed and very overwhelmed. Am safe @Snowie

I feel very overwhelmed today so know how you feel. It is hard when our head is a mess. I like to just try and focus on one thing at a time. I have been doing a bit of colouring in. Do you like doing that at all?
