Thanks for the hugs @Faith-and-Hope Yep. Lost in the swirling emotions right now. I've had to resort to the big bomb medication for the migraine so just letting you all know I might not be very active here for a day or so. (Oh, dear, my coordination is gone - corrected the typos or you'd never understand it)
Take care my ocean dwelling friends ( I hope I'm not overstepping boundaries here, you have become friends to me, even if I am not yet friend to each of you - which I totally understand and that's okay too. )
Rest well when you do.

@Former-Member I'm sorry you got the "sorry, too hard" thing today too. Want to hear a funny-but-not story? Last year I waited 18 months for an appointment with a psychiatrist who is supposed to be awesome. When an appointment finally came up, my GP sent some information about me to the psychiatrist. The psychiatrist then called my GP and said she wouldn't see me because I was "too complex." My very young GP was left scratching her head wondering what she was supposed to do with the mental health patient deemed too complex for a psychiatrist to even meet with! So yep, I have a track record of being put in the too hard basket.
What was the course you were doing (only if you want to share).
I know everyone else around here will be happy to call you a friend. I don't do friends. I always knew the friend who walked out of my world in 2016 would be my last friend. I always knew that if I couldn't manage the friendship thing with her, then that would be it for me. She left my world. I won't ever have another friend. The people of Forum Land are aquaintances - except for @CheerBear who is my not-friend. From what I can tell, everyone else around here does the friend thing though.

I don't know how to keep living...and no one else seems to know either. How can I live with myself if I am so awful that the guys at the HC can't stand to spend time on the phone with me. How does anyone live with that. What is WRONG with me? WHY do people find it so distressing being around me? How can I create a life worth living when no one wants me either personally or professionally? Why is it that the most caring thing I can do for anyone is stay away from them????

@Jupiter I also have a mermaid psychiatrist that @CheerBear made for me after the other psychiatrist said I was too complex for her to even meet. My mermaid psychiatrist's name is Dr. Havetodo. Squishy and Mr Seahorse are the other members of the pocket crew.
