@Bunniekinshi my little pea!
It is hard sometimes with the rules of the forum in relation to SH.
How are you going?

@Former-Member Yes it is ... it would be nice to just be able to say something ... it was a hallucination after all ... I hadn't acted upon it ... but anyway ...
I had a great couple of hours this morning I went on a mbike ride which was great fun!! The weather was perfect ... not too hot ... not too cold. Really nice to ride.
Came back and have been slowly disintergrating all day ... I am a tired lil pea who needs lots of sleep tonite. Sleeping pill ... that said I am so looking forward to seeing my psychiatrist tomorrow.
What have you got on tomorrow?

Fair enough Sane just contacted me and yes as I reread it ... the content was graphic even though it was visual ... oh well I am not going to change it though as it needed to be said even just for me to read.

@Bunniekinssorry to hear about your hallucination, I am guessing it wasn't a good expereince for you. The mbike ride seems nice, and glad you had fun. I hope you do get some sleep tonight.
I have got sleeping meds but not really helping so think I might have to up the dosage to get some sleep. I slept today a bit but am starting to get my days and nights mixed up so need to try and get that worked out.
Tomorrow I have nothing on which is probably a good thing.

My poor NellBell @Former-Member I hope your family are taking good care of you. This is so hard what you are going through I cannot even imagine what it would be like.

@Bunniekinssometimes writing things down help so if writing down your hallucination even if it just for you helps than do it.
Thanks for your concern my little pea but I will be ok. Just going through a rough patch, which hopefully doesn't last forever. Well I hope it doesn't. My hubby has been ok, I think he is struggling to know how to help me. The kids think I am just physically sick, which I am in a way, but have become very good at "hiding" thing from them
