@creative_writer I get triggered at times too but got that you can recognize that in yourself. They say that it's a recovery journey because we take time to learn and develop as we go. Things don't usually change overnight with MH and we have to work on them all the time. It's great that you are reaching out for support though so keep it up and find what works for you.
