Hey @outlander @creative_writer @Shaz51 @Bow @Jynx
How is everyone today?
I'm feeling a bit flat this afternoon.
I did make this olive loaf bread.

@Birdofparadise8 omg looks sooooo good! I haven't had olive bread in forever. Did it take you very long?

I mixed the dough late last night and cooked it at 12 pm today @Jynx
Here is the recipe. All you need is flour, water, salt, yeast and olives.

Sounds tasty @Birdofparadise8! Never been one for baking, I'm more into the cooking side of things. Besides, I have an old gas oven which makes accuracy a lot harder. Alright for cooking most things but baking you gotta be more exact.

Not too much today @Birdofparadise8 - mostly procrastinating on doing the dishes and then just been watching stuff on youtube. How bout you?

Besides the bread, I went to Myer for a Dutch oven in the morning to cook the bread. I went for a walk, finished my 2000-word essay, cleaned my room, and watched a uni lecture. I will go for another walk in about half an hour and come back, and I have a chat with someone. I'll probably also clean my room a bit more and go to bed.
I wouldn't say I'm feeling that great, though @Jynx

@Birdofparadise8 wow busy day for you. Sounds like you've been smashing it 😁
Sorry to hear you're not feeling great, but glad you'll be chatting to someone later 💜

@Birdofparadise8 saying that I've found really helpful: What we resist, persists.
I can totally understand just wanting it to go away, but alas big emotions usually need to be worked through, felt, and given the space they need before they'll dissipate. They're just visitors after all. Perhaps taking the time to nurture and make space for the sadness would help you to understand it better and understand what it is trying to tell you.
