Hopefully you can get some energy from the game and the crowd @Birdofparadise8
A sleep study sounds interesting. Hopefully you can get some answers from it.

Yes I am @Snowie
Lots of swearing though I don't like it.
Yes, I think I might have insomnia as well seeing I take sleep medication to help me sleep. I'm also tired no matter if I sleep for 6 or 12 hours.
How are you?

Already screaming at the tv @Birdofparadise8 I don't like the swearing either.
I'm ok today. Haven't done much. A slow day at home.

A tight game @Birdofparadise8 Unfortunately we just came up short. Oh well, on to next week.
Ended up falling to sleep in the last quarter so didn't see the end of it.
I hope today goes well for you.

It was alright. Carlton lost, and the Collingwood supporters around me wouldn't stop swearing, so that wasn't very pleasant. I really don't like swearing. It wasn't all bad. The crowd overall was good, especially when Carlton would get a goal. The sun is nice today @tyme.
I've just been to my osteo and am a bit sore now. I have a sacroiliac joint sprain and a very tight muscle around it. My hips get very sore.
