Hi @Birdofparadise8 @ArraDreaming
How are you both going? 🙂
@Birdofparadise8 I understand where you're coming from, sometimes weekends can come with a lot of pressure of doing things. Is there anything you'd like to do even if it's by yourself?

It's because of easter @lavenderhaze
No one will be around.
I have the football tomorrow and a brunch thin with uni res on saturday. Other than that nothing.
I'm a loner loser.
I'm nothing.

I hear you @Birdofparadise8, and I understand how holidays and special events can sometimes amplify feelings of loneliness. It's normal to have those moments, especially when it seems everyone else is busy with plans. ❤️
But you know what? Spending time with yourself doesn't make you a loser at all. In fact, it can be an opportunity to focus on self-care and doing things that truly bring you joy. I don't have any big plans either. Honestly, I'm just looking forward to relaxing, maybe catching up on some shows, taking leisurely walks, and treating myself to a nice hot chocolate. 🙂
Recently I have realised the importance of reframing our thoughts. The way we talk to ourselves shapes our reality more than we often realise. Our lives truly become the stories we tell ourselves, so let's make sure those stories are filled with kindness.

I don't think I can reframe anything right now @lavenderhaze
Ahhh, I want it to be next Wednesday already so I can see my psych again.
