@Birdofparadise8 The job where the HR told my manager what I'd said I was casual so they just said I was no longer required. They don't need to give a reason when you're casual. Most of the staff knew the manager was a bully but no one was game to stand up to her so I had no support.
The cake is good, nice and moist.
I am going to my doctor to pick up a script and then go food shopping, nothing exciting. I'll probably just read a book or something later.
Hope your day goes well 😊

That's the one thing with being casual it sucks.
That's nice I should give it a go.
I just had a session with my psych. Now I’m going to go to the chemist and get my week of meds and then go home and make some cupcakes. Then I'm going to the market with my aunt for dinner @ENKELI
Can I ask what is the meaning behind your name?

@Birdofparadise8 hope you had a good session with your psych. May I ask, do you have to see your psych before you're allowed to have your meds? You don't have to answer if you don't want to. My GP writes my prescriptions for me.
What sort of cupcakes are you making? I used to bake muffins for work each week, we referred to them as Monday Muffins. My former workplace has one of the worst reputations in Perth and they have a huge staff turnover. I was going to stay for 2 years and then find another job but things didn't turn out that way.
I'll keep you in my thoughts for a new job for you too 😊
Enkeli is Finnish for angel. When I was in my 20's I studied Finnish just as something to do. I've forgotten most of it but for some reason enkeli stuck.

Oh, it's the psychologist I saw. If I'm seeing my psychiatrist, I'll write Pdoc. Most people around here use that because it's quicker to type than the full word.
Well, I've only seen a psychiatrist when in a hospital or for a one-off assessment, so my GP has done the prescribing. I finally have a Pdoc in January. I think he has spoken to the Pdoc I was seeing in the hospital, so he is up to date with everything that has happened.

Not sure which one you would pick.
Thank you.
Are you in Perth?

Cool, thanks for that! I am not currently seeing a Psych as the one I was seeing retired. I am going to see my GP to get a referral for a MHP as I can't afford to pay for a psych at the moment.
Like you, I only saw a Pdoc when I was in hospital and although I was supposed to see them twice they forgot about me! I can laugh about it now.
Thanks for the recipes, I'll definitely add them to my recipe collection 😍
Yes I'm in Perth. I would love to move to the country but don't think it will happen.
I was watching a movie called Jarhead last night, it has Jake Gyllenhaal in it. I was laughing because all I could think about was All Too Well. Maybe I'm more of a Swiftie than I thought!

If you reach the safety net, the ten sessions are so cheap. Mine are $210 down to $21, I think. My Mum pays for them, but I've run out as of today. I've got my private health to cover for the last couple of years, and then I'll get a new one next year.
Yeah, I just realised my eggs are off, so I'll have to go get some.
Why can't you move?
Mmm, I'll have to look into it. What's it about? Maybe you could be @ENKELI

Yes I used the MHP after I was in hospital and didn't have to pay as the clinic I went to bulk billed. The Psych I saw was amazing, I wish I knew where she was now so I could see her again.
I have private health too but haven't used it for Psych services.
No! Darn you eggs, why did you have to go off?! Boo!
If I moved I would have to pay rent as well as my mortgage. I don't want to sell my home as I will own it in a couple of years, plus my brother lives with me. He pays a low rent in exchange for doing maintenance etc. Once I've paid the mortgage off I can consider moving.
It's a war movie. I started reading the book and then saw that it was available on Foxtel so I watched it. It has a lot of bad language, I would suggest you google it first before watching. I come from a military background - a lot of my family served in the Army and Navy so I was interested. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have watched it.
Ha ha, a Swiftie. There are worse things!

Ah, that's good you got a bulk bill one. Once you use the 10 up, do you have to pay?
I see my psych weekly since I started with him a couple of months ago. I need that stability right now.
He is the only person I see regularly on a Wednesday at 12 pm.
I know. I can't believe it.
Ah, fair enough.
Oh, okay, maybe I might not like it. I'm not into war stuff @ENKELI

@Birdofparadise8 after 10 sessions I had to go back to my doctor to get extra sessions approved. It was still bulk billed and I think I had 15 sessions all up.
I then started seeing another psych through the church I used to go to. She knew me and my former best friend who ghosted me and when I went to ask her for an appointment she made up excuses. I then found out she was listening to rumours that my ex friend was saying about me so I have to find another one. I'm still struggling with what happened with my friend so seeing someone who doesn't know her or me would be much better.
No, I wouldn't recommend watching the movie, especially if you're not in a great headspace.

How did you get more than 10 sessions @ENKELI?
I thought you can only get 10.
Did your psych have to say anything to your GP?
Yeah maybe not then.
