@rav3n sat in the car for about 25 mins just trying to calm down.
Finally got home. Took some meds and had a nap. That helped a little.
Going to head to bed early tonight. Once again I don't think staying awake is going to benefit me. The thoughts are still there.
Have to have my sh*t together tomorrow. Taking mum in for her day surgery.

So home now. Everything went ok with mum. Didn't take as long as last time. Made her comfortable, hoping she has a nap so I can have some time to myself.
Got a follow up appointment Friday morning with specialist.
Little sleep last night. Trying to keep calm. Prn needed.
