Writing down some things is always a good idea @Bow I can understand wanting to go there instead of someone coming to your house. It does make it easier to leave if you need too.

@Bow oh my gosh you've done so much cool stuff!! I can imagine your D could warm up to it hahaha but yeah not for everyone. Skydiving is one that I'm super on the fence about, it could be sooooo fun but also I hate that feeling when your stomach drops, like when you're on a swing set and at the apex of the swing the change of direction makes me feel almost sick. But I loooove being up in the air, always sit in the window seat on planes cos seeing the world from above is so cool. So idk maybe one day!
Aww haha 'are caves real?' that is too cute. Sounds like quite the experience! Hope y'all have a blast!
Could you ask one of your supports to book the appt for you? I know you really don't want to but if it could take some of the pressure off to not have to make the call in the first place, it could make it easier.

Oh I hope D warms up to adrenaline stuff. It would be heaps cool to do stuff together…. Although as I get older I can’t stomach as much. Rides that spin you round and round I can’t do anymore, use to love them too.
I’m not sure about bungee jumping though.
Oh I forgot that when I was in NZ, I jumped off the centre point tower thingy in Auckland. I felt heaps guilty about it cause I was there for work, and I’m sure it wouldn’t have been covered. But the skywalk around the edge on glass was fully booked and I think I impulsively did it!! I never told my work!
sky diving was heaps cool @Jynx i got a video of me jumping.
I’ve had my support worker offer to book the appointment. I still don’t think I’d go though. Too easy to pull out and not show.

@Bow Ohhh like the gravitron, I think it's called? There was a carnival/show that used to come to my hometown every year, I presume it travelled nationally. The spinny one where you can go upside down cos of the centrifugal force. I haven't been on since I was a kid, might make me feel ill these days too haha.
Oooh that's so cool! What an experience, so glad you did it hehe. Worth it!
Hmmm... could you also maybe talk to your mum about taking you and making sure you go? I imagine she's probs doing rough but having that extra layer of accountability could help.

Oh yes, the gravitron @Jynx , similar to the rotor at Luna park in Sydney. It spins and then the floor drops and yeah then you move around and turn yourself upside down and ya stick to the wall. No way I could go on that now!
I did the skyswing in Rotorua NZ. You’re responsible for pulling the rope that makes you drop with that one!
Then we rolled down a massive hill inside a big zorb ball.
oh I’ve had the opportunity to do some pretty cool stuff!
nah I don’t wanna put added pressure on my mum. Just need to avoid.

@Bow oh wow that sounds epic! I dunno if I could do a giant swing for the same reason as a regular swing, I hate that weird tummy lurch feeling lol. But a big ol zorb ball sounds like a hoot omg. You really have hd some marvelous adventures! What would be your next thrilling activity you would wanna do?
Mmm it's tough hey. However it all unfolds, I hope is the least painful way for you.

Oh I’m not sure @Jynx
we will go up to the mountains in the holidays and find a cave that’s for sure.

@Bow sounds sublime! Ooh if you find any ziplining experiences, that might be a cool way to get your little one into some adrenaline activities that isn't tooooo hectic, but still gets the blood pumping!

@Jynx We have a treetop adventure place near us and I just looked and they have a ‘zipcoaster express’! Which looks heaps fun. But. I’d be so conscious of my weight 😩
