Just lots of things inside @tyme  emotions, memories, questions. Feeling really unsettled

Those intrusive thoughts, memories and feelings just seem to rear their ugly head. I'm sorry you feel unsettled at the moment. 

I had a therapeutic session today and the therapist reminded me to take long deeeeeep breaths as a way to try and reset. Things have been a bit rough for me today too... so I'm hearing you hun.

I’ve just put the kittens to bed… gave them their supper and cleaned up all their toys- such a mess! 
gonna go put daughter to bed, take me meds and try and sleep. I’m so exhausted.

I hear how exhausting today was for you. I hear what a constant battle it is to stay afloat, and even harder when people just don't 'get it'... then again, sometimes, we don't even get it...

Do you have much on tomorrow that you have to be energised for?
