Oh sorry you were awake so early @Ru-bee so frustrating when we wake way before our alarm and and can’t get back to sleep.
I’m having a day on my bed. I also have somehow hurt my ankle so a day of rest is what it is

Yes, definitely sounds like a day in bed is needed @Bow
Hopefully your ankle starts to feel better after resting it. Do you have any good TV or books or something else nice and relaxing to do form bed today? I myself could use a day spent in bed with some reality TV, I feel like there's no better way to switch my brain off

I’ve been watching sweet magnolias on Netflix this morning @Ru-bee new season came out yesterday which I had been waiting for. And there is a couple of other new additions too. I’ve also done some Lego and I have some craft I can do. At the moment I’m just needing to be laying down though.
sometimes a day in bed is what is needed

Why is it so hard to be honest with supports? I just waste their time.

It is a really hard thing to do @Bow for lots of reasons for different people... It's hard to be so vulnerable and let others in, it's hard sometimes to simply voice what's been going on for us internally, it's hard to speak over the internal voices that tell us to keep it to ourselves, it's hard to lose a bit of a sense of control that we have over what's happening, which can feel extra frightening when we already don't have much control...
Do you think there would be a way that it would be a bit easier to tell your supports in this instance? Like giving them a note, or doing it via a call or email?

I’ve had my CM come by this afternoon and I wasn’t able to tell her anything of what has been going on for me @Ru-bee
My SW is good with me writing stuff down. But my CM and psychologist is not keen on it. They both discourage it. I don’t have either of the emails or mobiles

Hmm, did they explain why they don't like you putting things in writing @Bow? Is it a case of not wanting to rely on that to communicate?

Not really @Ru-bee i think they just prefer I use words. But their disregard for how I sometimes need to communicate is a huge barrier for me.
you probably finished now yeah?
