Hi @Eve7
I found a shopping centre about 10 mins away from the hospital so might go there tomorrow. Meant to be 31 here so don't want to sit in a hot car and wait.
How has your day been?

Thanks @Eve7 @NatureLover
We are home. Had to be there by 7 so it took about 3 hours, so not too long.
She has two different eye drops she has to have at specific times. I have set alarms on her phone but will go see her when she has to do them.
She also forgot to tell me that she has an appt. on Friday afternoon with the eye surgeon. Lucky I didn't have anything else on 🤦
How are you both today?

I’m pleased you got through the morning ok @Snowie 🩵 but I’m sure you’ll be tired and I hope you can take it easy this afternoon.
I need to go through what I bought at Peter Alexander’s to make sure I have pjs for everyone otherwise I’m having a lazy day under the fan.

Don't plan on doing much this afternoon @Eve7
Just got the washing but thats about it.
I love their pj's. The xmas ones are so nice.
Hopefully you have them all. It's still good that they are doing it, especially as they get older.
Need the fan on here too.

There is an outlet nearby so what I bought yesterday cost half what I expected it to cost @Snowie
We’re all going to Sydney for Christmas this year to be with mum and we’re driving down in convoy.

Thats good about the outlet @Eve7 It does make them cheaper.
We have a P.A. about 20 mins away but no outlet near by.
At least you will have company driving down. How long are you going for?

We’ll be away for a week @Snowie so not too long. I’ll stay with my sister as she has a big house with a granny flat near Mum’s care home. Mum’s room has a big deck so we’re having Christmas dinner there.
My niece has suggested secret Santa so we won’t have to buy for everyone this year._
Do you have Christmas plans? How’s d going in NZ?

Thats good that you can stay at your sisters @Eve7 I'm sure a motel room around that time would be very expensive.
We have done secret santa before. It's a good idea especially for those people that can't afford to buy lots of presents.
My SIL is meant to be having xmas at her house. I've messaged her twice now about it and haven't heard anything back. Have said I would do it if she didn't want to. Will get hubby to ring her. I need to know so I can organise other things.
D is loving it. Yesterday she bungy jumped, today she is climbing waterfalls. Whilst I want to know what she is doing, I also don't want to know so I don't get stressed out. In a few days she is sky diving. She is so much more of a dare devil than me!! She takes after her Dad
