@Scarebear83 you sound like you are conflicted between what's reality and what's not. And it can be very hard to tell the difference when you suffer from manic episodes.
You are having a hard time right now but that doesn't mean that you aren't sane.
I really encourage you to reach out to lifeline, 13 11 14 or they also have a chat option. You don't have to go through this alone and there is help out there.

@Scarebear83 i understand your fear. But this is a non judgemental space to chat. Chances are there's others here that have or are going through similar things.
Have you thought about seeing a gp and getting some referrals to talk to a counsellor or psychologist?

Yes, you sound sane. Think of it as what Dr Adam Rock (UNE Psychology Department) calls a spiritual awakening, at this stage, rather than a psychological breakdown.

I know there's options out there to get cheap or free sessions to get help. I'm hoping some other members might have some suggestions today on who else you can reach out to for support.
