I’ve tried @RiverSeal 

I went out the back barefoot on the grass. I’ve got music playing, I’ve tried reading a book in the front room. I don’t have it in me to have a bath. I’m not up for calling a friend. Sun baking isn’t a good idea in this weather. I’ve given the dogs chew sticks so they are happy. 

I don’t know what else to do. I’ve given it a red hot crack.

A sleep didn’t work either.

Ive given up.

Now not to give in. Is that worth fighting for?

I tried to call for help but I had to wait too long and my anxiety got in the way. Took so much for me to even try. I guess I am far from ok
