The hospital said it was a sprain @tyme. They wouldn’t do any scans or anything. Just go to physio, but of course I can’t get in.
My Chiro said my discs are inflamed.
It had to be done. I haven’t done anything for days.

ALSO!! Important! I thought I should let you know that I will be away next week. It's my bday on the 25th and I have taken a bit of time off for some adventures! Definitely a hike, and maybe some cheeky antiquing too!! I'll be back on Monday 3rd March 😉
