I hope you can have the session before your bro comes - if he comes @Captain24
As for the presentation, it's similar to last times, so it's okay lol.
I'll see you later in the evening tomorrow.

I’ve been out mowing my front lawn and I started the backyard. I’m feeling really light headed, blurred vision and no energy. I’m sweating so badly. I do t feel well at all.

Oh dear @Captain24 was it from being out in the heat?
Make sure to rest and have something to eat and drink. Maybe give health direct a call on 1800 022 222 if you need to talk to a nurse

I’ve had some water and some lunch @Ru-bee. I’m still not feeling great. I have a headache and feel weak. It’s not hot here, it’s only 30 degrees. I still have the backyard to go. Maybe it needs to wait until my next break. I’ll just do the bit that’s really high.

I called. @Ru-bee. I have moderate dehydration. If I don’t stop and drink plenty of water it will turn severe. I have to sit in a cool room and rest. I guess the rest of the lawn will have to wait.

Oh yuck, dehydration is no fun @Captain24 good thing you listened to your body when it was telling you something was up and you called for advice.
It can really sneak up on you in the summer, especially if you've been out in the sun. I hope you start to feel a bit better soon!
