Fear

Re: Fear

Hey @peace

That is such good news. Thanks for sharing that. I think you are right, having a name for what puts us onto the rollercoaster is helpful in naming, understanding and holding the whole experience differently. It gives us some handles on it, and we can then handle it more gently and insightfully.

Hope for "handles" on our triggers endures...

Kind regards,

Kristin

It's good to hear that you're feeling a lot stronger now. Life is just full of ups and downs, but no matter what happens, we should remain strong and hopeful. Keep it up.

Re: Fear

I can relate to where you are, i feel smothered by fear so often. There are better times though, there are some breaks in the fear. When I am able to think somewhat rationally i realise that the imagination of what is coming is often 10 times worse than the reality. I hope that makes sense!

Keep going, you are stronger than you know and sounds like you have lots of people in your life who love you, hold onto that love,

Re: Fear

Thanks @Former-Member and @Jon22 I do ride a roller coaster I am working with an additional new medication currently. The up's appear so normal to others yet feel fabulous to me as I am so plagued by the lows of fear and depression and grief.
I just want to clarify that I really do not have lots of support out here. I value ever piece of help I receive however. This forum is a true blessing to me.
Thank you for caring
