We were meant to go out meet some people this weekend but we just stayed home. I don't have the energy but I also I'm not a nice parent being like this and being stuck at home. I get snappy then I feel even more awful. I'm definitely nicer and they're better when we go out but I just cant

@destructive I raised 3 on my own.
I gave birth to 3 children within 3 years.
We all have ADHD. As soon as I was diagnosed and medicated, at least the ADHD meltdowns stopped.
Parental burnout is a real thing.
You can’t do it totally on your own.
I would never have survived without 1 or 2 female friends.
Now I can’t do it without medication.
Forgot my meds for two days. That was bad. Really very bad.
