Hi @s-jay
Some of the things I use are:
PRN's
Deep breathing
Having a list of exactly what I need
Taking a comforter toy/object with me that I can hold
Try and go with my husband if he is at home
Try to go when the shops are not as busy (they are busy all the time lately)

Hi all
I am feeling pretty overwhelmed with the news atm, but I came across this series 'providing positive and practical stories for these difficult coronavirus times' It was encouraging.

@BlueBay this morning - Friday - I went to Woolworths at 8am - before work -
I got 2 packs of facial tissues so that was good...
I still have a few more boxes so enough to keep going for a while ...
I was lucky with the dunny rolls as I got Quilton rolls from Coles Express previously
so I don't need to worry until next month ..but I still want to get some as soon as possible...

@BlueBayenjoy your break from shopping 🙂
I go shopping every week - normally Coles or Woolworths....
had to go to both this afternoon - Coles didn't have much chicken left but Woolworths was better...
the Woolworths near my place has toilet rolls so hope to get some tomorrow - Sunday - have to be early - I called them and he said there are more deliveries now which is good....
Sometimes go to big shopping centre .have to spend more time there..can't mention which one of course otherwise
you will work out where I'm from 🙂

@BlueBay went to Coles and Woolworths around 8am...got tissues
and toilet rolls...Coles had Quilton on the pallet ...20 pack 🙂
I hope they get deliveries next week as well....someone at Coles said they would have dunny rolls on Sunday so that was good ....
Woolworths had Sorbent 10pk a bit more expensive than the Quilton...
tissues ...the Kleenex boxes are 2 dollars a box ...no choice...
grabbed 2 boxes at Woolworths ...
grabbed at Coles as well...
I still have a couple of Coles boxes left from before so I have plenty of tissues ...
i was thinking about the limits they put..they can't stop people from going in another time to get dunny rolls...they could wait a while and go back in and get another one
